Overview

Appointment of a qualified and experienced service provider to supply technical equipment services on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The South African State Theatre seeks a vendor to deliver, install, test and provide on-site technical equipment services (notably professional digital wireless microphone systems and related gear) on an as-needed basis, with on-site support, for up to 24 months. Suitable bidders include OEMs, sole distributors, or authorized service providers for the brands, with RSA presence and capability to deliver, service and supply replacements under warranty.

Requirements

• Fully completed SBD1, SBD4 and SBD6.1 (including the 5/7 score page), POPIA consent, GCC signed, CSD report, valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit for EME/QSE, SARS tax pin, certified share certificate, CIPC company registration, and Directors IDs (all listed in CIPC). • Evidence of status as OEM, sole distributor, or authorized service provider for the brand(s) offered, with verifiable contact details. (Phase 2 – Mandatory compliance)
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is required. (SBDs 1, 2, 6 references)
• POPIA/GCC compliance: POPIA consent and GCC pages signed.
• Technical capability: ability to deliver, set up, test, and collect equipment; on-site technical support; pricing must show per-day rates; replacements billed as reimbursements with service reports.
