Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A RECRUITMENT AGENCIES FOR RECRUITMENT SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS. South African National Parks invites bids to appoint a panel of recruitment agencies (3-year term) to provide recruitment services. SANParks intends four Category A agencies and one Category B agency, offering end-to-end recruitment including permanent, fixed-term, temporary staffing, executive search, and related probity/reference checks. Submissions close 16 October 2026.

Requirements

• Valid APSO membership certificate (mandatory).
• Mandatory Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; if no TCS, provide CSD number; separate TCS PINs for consortia.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN and POPIA compliance; submit required SARS/CSD documents and pricing schedules (SBDs 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 7.2) as part of returnables.
• Bid response must be on official forms; two original hard copies plus electronic copy; no retyping.
• Compliance with PPPFA, GCC, and SANParks’ standard terms; no fronting or improper conduct.
• No contact with SANParks staff other than listed officials.
