Overview

Procurement of a Recruitment Agency to facilitate and manage the SAFCOL Business Development Analyst Talent Acquisition process. Open to Recruitment Agencies with proven end-to-end talent acquisition capability, specifically for Business Development Analyst roles; must meet SANAS-accredited BBBEE (or EME/QSE sworn affidavit), tax clearance, and CSD requirements, and be able to source, vet, interview, and negotiate remuneration. Requirements

• Demonstrated management-level talent acquisition experience; provide reference letters with details.
• Ability to source, present CVs, liaise with stakeholders, facilitate interviews, conduct references/vetting, negotiate remuneration.
• Project Leader must have TA experience; include comprehensive CV and at least three referees.
• Returnable documents: fully completed RFQ, official quotation on letterhead, latest Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD (or MA A number), and IDs of company directors.
• Compliance: SBD forms signed; SANAS BBBEE or sworn affidavit; registration with CSD if not already; JV bidders to supply consolidated BBBEE.
• Pricing framework: quotations must align with the price/terms in the RFQ (percentage of annual TGP).
