Overview

Appointment of a Recruitment Agency to facilitate and manage the SAFCOL Network & Security Engineer Talent Acquisition process. SAFCOL invites qualified recruitment agencies to bid to source, screen, shortlist, interview, and place a Network & Security Engineer, with requirements for SARS tax clearance, SANAS-accredited BBBEE or sworn EME/QSE affidavit, CSD registration, and company registration documents. Requirements

• Open to recruitment agencies with proven Talent Acquisition experience at management level; provide reference letters.
• SARS tax clearance and compliant status; rectify within 7 working days if needed.
• SANAS-accredited BBBEE certificate or sworn EME/QSE affidavit.
• CSD registration (or register within 7 working days of award).
• Company registration documents and IDs of company directors.
• Returnable documents: fully completed RFQ, quotation on letterhead, signed SBD forms, latest tax clearance, BBBEE certificate, CSD report or MAAA number, and director IDs.
• Pricing must be VAT inclusive and expressed as a percentage of the annual TGP (R878,280).
• Adhere to SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct and relevant GCC/SCC conditions.
• Evaluation readiness: demonstrate management-level talent acquisition experience (reference letters, CV of project leader).
