Overview

Appointment of a recruitment agency to facilitate and manage the SAFCOL Senior Cost and Management Account talent acquisition process (RFQHR/984/2026). This tender targets experienced Recruitment Agencies to source and place a Senior Cost and Management Accountant, handling CV sourcing, interviews, vetting, and remuneration negotiations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated TA experience, specifically placing a Senior Cost and Management Accountant.
• Ability to engage SAFCOL, source/present CVs, liaise with stakeholders, facilitate interviews, conduct reference checks/vetting, and negotiate remuneration.
• Compliance docs: latest SARS tax clearance, SANAS-accredited BBBEE certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit; CSD report; company registration documents; ID copies of company directors.
• Pricing to be a VAT-inclusive percentage of the annual TGP (R878,280); submit on company letterhead with complete RFQ.
• Bids must be submitted by email, complete in full, with SBD forms; non-compliant or late submissions will be disqualified.
• 7-working-day window to rectify tax status if non-compliant; otherwise disqualification.
