Appointment of a reputable and registered service provider for the construction of a facebrick wall fence and refurbishment of ablutions at Harvey Road, Bloemfontein, Free State for Khula Business Premises (Pty) Ltd (KBP), a SEDFA subsidiary. Bidders should be based in Bloemfontein or surrounding areas and hold relevant CIDB grades, trade memberships, COIDA, tax clearance, BBBEE, and CSD registration (see Bid Advert).

Requirements

• Based in Bloemfontein or surrounding areas; CIDB/trade registrations required.
• CIDB grades: Plumbing 2SO+; Electrical 2EB/2EP+; General Building 3GB/3SG/3SM+ (proof via CRS No.).
• Proof of trade body membership (e.g., IOPSA, ECASA, MBSA, SAFCEC, etc.).
• COIDA valid letter of good standing; service must align with required trades.
• Tax compliance: valid TCS PIN; SARS e-Filing or printed TCS certificate.
• CSD registration proof; CIPC registration with Directors’ IDs; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Completion of SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; pricing clearly entered.
• Site/ethics: SA citizenship verification; FICA/KYC documentation; local address proof.
• Functionality threshold: minimum 70/100; competitive pricing under 80/20 system; Annexures A–E define details.
