Appointment of a security service provider to render guarding services for Khula Business Premises (KBP) at 12408 Makheta Street, Orlando West Industrial Park, Soweto, Gauteng, for a period of twenty-four (24) months. Bidders should be Gauteng/Johannesburg-based security companies with PSIRA registration and the ability to meet SEDFA’s mandatory requirements (COIDA, NBCPSS, B-BBEE, CSD and SARS compliance) and to attend a mandatory site inspection.

Requirements

• PSIRA registration for the company with certificate and good standing; at least one director with PSIRA Grade B.
• COIDA registration/letter of good standing.
• NBCPSS registration with good standing.
• Public liability insurance minimum R3,000,000.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs may use sworn affidavit).
• CSD registration proof; SARS TCS PIN; CIPC registration documents and certified IDs of directors/shareholders.
• Based in Johannesburg/Gauteng; provide lease and three utility bills as proof.
• Attendance at compulsory site inspection (11 Aug 2026 11:00 at site).
• Wages compliant with NBCPSS; dummy payslips for Grade B/C staff.
• In-house armed response or MOU with a contracted arm response provider (15-minute response).
• Complete SBD forms (SBD 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1) and pricing; pricing schedule to be filled.
• KYC/FICA documentation for bidder due diligence.
