Overview

Appointment of a security service provider to render guarding services at Kwamagxaki Shopping Centre, Kwamagxaki, Eastern Cape for 24 months. Open to South African security providers meeting Sedfa/SEDFA requirements (PSIRA, tax, CSD, and bid documentation).

Requirements

• PSIRA: company registration, Letter of Good Standing, Directors with PSIRA Grade B; four Grade C security officers listed with valid PSIRA certificates.
• COIDA: valid COIDA registration/letter of good standing.
• NBCPSS: registered with the National Bargaining Council for Private Security Sector; paid up levies.
• Wage compliance: wages not less than NBCPSS minimums; include dummy payslips.
• Public liability: at least R2,000,000 insurance.
• Armed‑response: MOUs with armed‑response provider or proof of firearms and competency certificates.
• Site briefing: compulsory attendance; failure to attend = disqualification.
• Other: CSD registration proof, B-BBEE (certificate or sworn affidavit), SBD documents (SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1), tax clearance, CIPC documents, KYC/FICA checks.
