Appointment of a security service provider to render guarding services at Longstreet JV, 72 Longstreet, Kimberley, Northern Cape for 24 months. South African security firms meeting PSIRA, COIDA, NBCPSS, and tax compliance requirements should bid; bidders must have a functional local control room near Kimberley (within 60 km) and meet insurance prerequisites. Briefing is mandatory (6 July 2026), with site inspection as applicable, and bids close 16 July 2026.

Requirements

• Functional control room within 60 km of Kimberley.
• PSIRA registration and good standing for company and directors (minimum Grade B for directors; Grade C for two security officers).
• COIDA registration and good standing.
• NBCPSS registration and paid levies.
• Compliance with NBCPSS wage guidelines; attach dummy payslips.
• Public liability insurance of at least R5,000,000.
• Armed‑response arrangements (MOU or proof of firearms and competency certificates).
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing.
• Complete pricing schedule and provide pricing with VAT details.
• KYC/FICA checks and SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; CSD and CIPC registrations with directors’ IDs.
