Overview

Appointment of a service provider capable of providing specialised end-user hardware, software licences and related services. The RFQ seeks suppliers to supply and support enterprise end-user hardware and software for Postbank’s Channel, Design and Enablement (CDE) function, including design, UX/CX enablement, and related services. Target bidders are those with enterprise hardware/software sourcing capabilities, OEM partnerships, and SA-based local support.

Requirements

• Minimum three years' experience supplying enterprise hardware and software; provide company profile and reference projects.
• Authorized reseller or OEM partner for quoted products; provide OEM partner certificate or reseller authorization.
• Local support capability within South Africa; include support model and contact details.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Compliance with tax obligations.

• Documents to submit: complete and sign all Annexes, including the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD).
• Pre-qualifications: ensure CSD registration and tax clearance where applicable.
• Documents to obtain: RFQ documents and cost breakdown are in the attached RFQ (Annexes A–G); pricing is in Annex D (Cost Breakdown) with hardware and software line items.
• Note: Postbank may cancel or re-award at its discretion and may procure from multiple suppliers. Ensure compliance with Postbank General Conditions and SBDs.
