Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER / CONSORTIUM OF SUITABLY QUALIFIED FIRMS TO DEVELOP A DETAILED PRECINCT PLAN FOR THE POSTMASBURG CBD-HOOF STREET-SIBILO NODE PRECINCT FOR TSANTSABANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY WITHIN A PERIOD OF SIXTEEN (16) MONTHS IN THE NORTHERN CAPE PROVINCE. The assignment targets urban/spatial planning and precinct-scale implementation, requiring a multi-disciplinary consortium with expertise in land-use management, urban design, infrastructure alignment and governance frameworks for the Northern Cape.

Requirements

• Consortium of suitably qualified firms with proven precinct-planning and implementation experience.
• Ability to deliver a 16-month, implementation-oriented precinct plan aligned to MSDF, Municipal IDP, LED/NDG frameworks, and 2017 SPD guidelines; address land-use, mobility, public realm, housing, and infrastructure priorities.
• Compliance with bid documentation: complete attached forms (SBD 1, SBD 3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and GCC; provide tax clearance and a valid B-BBEE status verification certificate.
• Adherence to PFMA/GCC contractual terms, including potential performance security and project governance requirements.
