Overview

Appointment of a service provider/consortium to develop a detailed precinct plan (R380 Corridor Precinct Plan) for Gamagara Local Municipality in the Northern Cape over 16 months. Bidders with urban/ spatial planning, GIS, transport planning, public participation and project-management expertise to deliver a precinct plan aligned to SPLUMA, PSDF and municipal frameworks should bid. Requirements

• Experience delivering detailed precinct/ spatial planning for municipalities; strong GIS and land-use planning capabilities
• Compliance with GCC (July 2010) and ability to sign contract forms; provide performance/security as required
• Submission of mandatory forms: SBD 1, SBD 3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4 (Bid Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), plus tax clearance and VAT details; original tax clearance certificate
