Overview

Procurement of a service provider/consultant to render guarding security services for the Department of Transport for 36 months. Open to security service providers with PSIRA registration and capacity to deploy 25 Grade C guards and 3 Grade B guards at the DOT HQ, plus back-end security equipment and NBCPSS-aligned pricing. Mandatory briefing and formal submission windows apply.

Requirements

• PSIRA-registered security service provider with capacity to deploy 25 Grade C and 3 Grade B guards (DOT HQ requirement) (see Annexure B. Pricing template.Security. 02 SEPTEMMBER 2026.xlsx).
• Complete and submit SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 6.1; provide original Tax Clearance and CSD; for JV/consortium, each party must submit its own tax clearance and, if applicable, B-BBEE verification (Checklist doc).
• Complete Annexure D (Company Experience, Proposed Team, Summary of past experience) with certified qualifications; attach verifiable references; sign all Annexure D sheets.
• Pricing to be prepared in Annexure B1/B2 pricing templates; prices in ZAR, excluding VAT; VAT at 15% to be applied; do not alter green-input cells; two envelopes (Functionality and Price) per ENVELOPE COVER doc.
• Mandatory briefing attendance; bid validity 120 days.
