Appointment of a Service Provider (Employment Agency) to source, recruit, place and administer a Medical Doctor (Medical Intern) on behalf of the Eastern Cape Department of Health (ECDoH) for a 12-month period. Requirements

• Proof of registration as an employment agency or labour broker.
• Company registration documents and relevant experience in supplying healthcare professionals.
• Complete and sign SBD4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD3.1 (Pricing Schedule); SBD1 as Invitation to Bid.
• Tax compliance: submit SARS PIN; if in a consortium/JV, each party must provide its own TCS/PIN/CSD.
• Bidders must be registered on CSD and provide proof.
• MBChB qualification for the Medical Doctor; eligibility to work in SA; no disciplinary findings; willingness to work at a department facility; preference for candidates with disabilities; experience with medico-legal or clinical support is favorable.
• The agency remains the employer; placement is temporary; contract may be terminated earlier if required.
• The contract period is 12 months; monthly payroll, remuneration and deductions managed by the agency; monthly invoicing required.
