Overview

Appointment of a service provider to perform next-generation sequencing of 16S rRNA gene amplicons using NGS. CAPRISA invites suitably qualified service providers to bid for NGS-based 16S rRNA sequencing services and related analysis.

Requirements

• Open tender; suited bidders with sequencing capabilities.
• Tender documents available electronically in English; purchase for a non-refundable fee of R1,150 (VAT included).
• The company purchasing the tender document must be the same company submitting the bid.
• Submission of tenders via the PURCO SA online portal; payment via Payfast.
• CAPRISA reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any quotations; no obligation to accept the lowest tender.
• No information session will be held.

How to Apply

• Register/login on the PURCO SA website and access the tender under Open Tenders.
• Purchase and download the tender document (R1,150) after payment.
• Submit the tender through the PURCO SA online submission portal (in English).
