APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR PARTAC TRAINING OF TWENTY – FIVE (25) MSUNDUZI MUNICIPALITY EMPLOYEES (AIRPORT)

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to deliver PARTAC training for twenty‑five (25) Msunduzi Municipality employees (Airport). Bidders with proven experience in PARTAC and related workplace safety training should bid to supply and deliver the training, assessments and certificates as required.

Requirements

• Proven PARTAC training delivery experience for municipal/airport staff.
• Complete and submit all Data Sheets and forms with original signatures (incl. Tender Form, Annexures A–D, data sheets 1–8, and related certificates).
• SARS Tax Clearance Certificate and Tax Compliance PIN; if already on CSD, provide CSD Supplier Number and Unique Registration Reference Number.
• Pricing to include VAT; submit Pricing Schedule and ensure all costs are covered.
• Attend any compulsory Tender Briefing/Site Inspection and obtain a signed attendance certificate.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: not later than 12:00 on 04 November 2026 (Q12/1396R reference).
• Submission method: sealed tender envelope placed in the Msunduzi Central Stores Tender Box (2 Abattoir Road, Pietermaritzburg); endorsed with the quotation number.
• Documents to submit: fully completed Tender Form; Annexures A–D; Data Sheets 1–8; Pricing Schedule; Tax Clearance; CSD report; RBI where applicable.
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: valid SARS Tax Clearance; CSD registration (Supplier Number and Unique Registration Reference); CIDB/ECB/IOPSA only if applicable per data sheets (as per tender rules).
• Briefing: attend any mandatory Tender Briefing/Site Inspection (if indicated in the tender document) and sign the attendance register (see (see QUOTATION No. Q12/1396R OF 26/27)).
