Appointment of a service provider for bathroom maintenance at Huis Sommers, Oudtshoorn Campus, South Cape TVET College. CIDB grade 2GB or higher.

CIDB GB class with minimum 2GB or higher (CIDB requirement stated in documents).
Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN) or Tax Clearance; CSD registration if no TCS; municipal rates clearances; COIDA (Building Construction class V) where applicable.
Bid documents: complete SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9, Price Declaration Form, and Price Schedule; maintain BBBEE status documentation.
Completion letters: two letters for similar completed work.
Site briefing attendance: compulsory briefing on 27 October 2026 (see attached).
Local content and procurement requirements as applicable.
