Appointment of a service provider for general building maintenance and plumbing services at the Aviation Training Academy (ATA) for 2 years on an as-and-when-required basis. Requirements

• CIDB grading of 2GB or higher (proof required)
• COIDA Good Standing or registered Mutual Association
• Proof of CIDB active status; or proof of CIDB application if not yet registered
• Minimum of three contactable reference letters for general building and plumbing maintenance (past 5 years)
• Locality footprint in Gauteng (e.g., municipal account, lease, or MoU)
• SARS Tax Compliance PIN/Tax Clearance (valid for bid period)
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or proof of application
• SANS-compliant materials, ATNS approval for replacements
• Compulsory site briefing attendance
• SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule and SBD 6.1 (BPZ) submissions; two-parcel online bid
• Health and safety compliance (COIDA alignment, SHE file)
