Appointment of a service provider for Cleaning and Hygiene Services at Sentech Polokwane Operations Centre (OC) on a 3-year contract. Bidders should be cleaning/hygiene service providers with proven Limpopo operations experience, capability to supply monthly chemicals, and compliance with Sentech supplier processes (supplier database registration, tax compliance, COID, etc.). Requirements

• Administrative responsiveness: tax compliance, registration on the Sentech Supplier Database, company letterhead, fully completed and signed in black ink, responses submitted by email, and confidentiality obligations.
• Mandatory eligibility: COID letter from Labour; proof of Limpopo presence (Lease/Municipal/Electric bill).
• Pre-qualification: willingness to undergo screening prior to commencement; site visit mandatory (28 Sep 2026, 10:00 at Polokwane site).
• Functional criteria (points-based): at least 3 reference letters for cleaning services (max 40 points); CV of the cleaner(s) (20 points); commitment letter for 36 months of service and materials (20 points).
• Price and BBBEE: price evaluation 80/20; valid BBBEE certificate required to claim preference points; preparation of price using the provided formula.
