Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the construction and maintenance of concrete jeep tracks at Tsitsikamma Section, Garden Route National Park, for 24 months. Bidders should be civil-construction capable firms with CIDB grading 1 CE or higher, able to execute earthworks and concrete jeep-track works in a protected area, and compliant with health, safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB grading 1 CE or higher; provide proof.
• Proof of ownership or lease for plant/equipment and COIDA good standing.
• Tax compliance status (SARS PIN or TCS) and, if applicable, proof of CSD registration.
• Complete and submit mandatory documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, pricing schedule, and proof of CSD; sign the contract form (SBD7) if awarded.
• Compliance documentation for central supplier database and, where applicable, B-BBEE status verification.
• Health & safety: Site-specific OHS plan, PPE, and a Safety Officer where required.
• Environmental: measures to prevent pollution and disturbance; acceptable waste/disposal; environmental instructions from SANParks.
• Site requires health, safety and environmental compliance to be verifiable before works commence.

• Bid validity: 90 days from RFQ closing date.
• Submissions must use the official forms and prescribed submission method; no alternative offers accepted.
• Submit with: completed SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; pricing schedule; CSD proof; SARS TCS PIN; proof of CIDB, COIDA, and OHS documentation as applicable.
• If awarded, sign the Contract Form (SBD 7) and comply with PFMA and GCC.
