Overview

Appointment of a service provider to render decorations services for graduations and official openings at the Central University of Technology (Bloem & Welkom campuses) for a period of 36 months, as and when required. Bidders with event decoration, styling and project-management capabilities for campus ceremonies should consider bidding, for a 3-year engagement (2026–2029).

Requirements

• Identifying documentation: certificate of incorporation or active CSD registration.
• Tax clearance certificate or SARS pin.
• Declaration of Interest by Bidder form, fully completed.
• Certificate of Independent Bid Determination.
• Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule completed in full.
• Proof of payment for tender document purchase.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• If a JV/consortium, each entity must meet mandatory requirements; non-compliance disqualifies the JV (phase 1 rules).
