Overview

The Public Service and Administration seeks a service provider to develop and deliver the Departmental Information Security Officer (DISO) Training Programme for the Public Service. Bidders with proven experience in information security training, curriculum development, and online learning delivery (NSG/LMS, Moodle, Articulate 360) should consider bidding. Preference rules apply (80/20 with specific goals); bids must be valid for 90 days.

Requirements

• Proven track record in developing and delivering DISO or equivalent public‑sector information security training.
• Capability to design and deliver an online self‑paced programme aligned to NSG hosting, Moodle LMS, and Articulate 360.
• Content aligned to Public Service ICT governance policies/directives; include case studies, practical exercises, assessments.
• Deliverables include learning materials, quizzes, practical exercises, and architecture that DPSA can modify post‑handover.
• Compliance: tax and supplier registrations (SARS PIN, TCS, CSD) and adherence to SBD forms and PPPFA rules.
