Appointment of a service provider for Digital Communication Platforms subscriptions for the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) for a period of three years. Subscriptions to MailChimp Premium and SurveyMonkey Team Premier (36 months) to support CMS Communications Unit in information dissemination, audience growth, and campaign analytics. Eligible bidders are experienced providers of digital platforms/ICT/digital communication solutions, with proven client experience and required compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum two reference letters (last five years) from different clients, on official letterhead, signed, with contact details, verifying digital platform/ICT experience. (See RFQ document)
• Demonstrated experience delivering digital communication platforms or similar ICT solutions.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN, or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; if applicable, CSD number.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or TCS; submit separate TCS for joint ventures/sub-contractors.
• B-BBEE: valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs); submit proof to claim specific goals.
• Complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1; failure may lead to disqualification.
• Adhere to PPPFA 80/20 (price and specific goals) evaluation framework; disclose detailed price breakdown and specific goals.
• Acceptable for bidding entities to be in good standing; no service-of-state conflicts; compliance with CMS terms.
