APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR ELECTRICAL REPAIRS TO UNIT 18,19 and 20 AT SHEPSTONE PARKClosed

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to perform electrical repairs to Units 18, 19 and 20 at Shepstone Park for Ithala Development Finance Corporation. Open tender. Bidders should be electrical contractors with CIDB grading 1EB or higher, and must meet tax/compliance, CSD registration, and related bid requirements. A compulsory site briefing is scheduled (RFQ document) and bids will follow the PPPFA 2022 framework with price and specific-goal-based evaluation.

Requirements

• CIDB: Valid grading of 1EB or higher.
• Tax/compliance: Tax clearance status or SARS PIN; separate TCS/CSD where applicable (consortia/joint ventures need separate PS/CS numbers).
• Supplier registration: Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Completed bid forms: SBD 1 (Invitations to bid) with a resolution, SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD 4-Bidder's Disclosure, SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form).
• Occupational safety: Valid Letter of Good Standing for OHS; proof as required.
• Pricing: Provide pricing via the attached BOQ (pricing schedule) and submit in the prescribed format.
• Preferences: Provisions for PPPFA points (80/20 or 90/10 as applicable) with specific-goals documentation for Black ownership, Women ownership, Youth ownership, and Persons with disabilities.
• Compliance checks: No disqualifying conflicts of interest; adherence to procurement ethics and SCM rules.
