Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR ENHANCEMENTS, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE MICT SETA WEBSITE FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS. The contract covers WordPress-based website enhancements, ongoing support and maintenance, content management, hosting/migration assistance, a Digital Career Portal, security and project-management aspects, with a view to integrating with internal/external portals and improving user experience and analytics. Suitable bidders should have WordPress/CMS experience, hosting-migration capability, and relevant RSA project experience, and must comply with National Treasury CSD registration and SARS tax clearance.

Requirements

• CSD registration and supplier number (National Treasury Central Supplier Database) prior to submission
• Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate (or proof of application)
• Completion and submission of returnable documents: Pricing Schedule; SBD 4; SBD 6.1; Certified IDs (directors, not older than 6 months); CIPC documents; Shareholding certificate; Bidder’s Eligibility Form A
