Overview

Procurement of an enterprise cyber incident response plan (IRP) development and forensic services for 12 months. Bidders should be cyber security specialists capable of IRP development, digital forensics, incident detection/response, training, tabletop exercises, and regulatory/compliance alignment (e.g., POPIA, Cyber Crimes Act). Relevant certifications and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, CREST/GIAC) strengthen eligibility.

Requirements

• ISO/IEC 27001 information security management certification.
• Digital forensics accreditation: CREST or GIAC.
• Registration on the Sentech Supplier Database.
• Tax compliant (Income Tax Act and VAT Act); not listed on restricted tender/defaulter lists.
• Compliance with PFMA, PPPFA, CIDB requirements (where applicable).
• Deliverables must be editable formats and license to use the deliverables granted to Sentech.
