• Minimum three current/past project references; company profile and resources/plant.
• Technical/operational prerequisites: SANS 1475 permit; SAQCC certification for technicians; insurance/insurer undertaking for performance bond.
• Local content preference: Eastern Cape-based sourcing; PPPFA 80/20 (price 80; specific goals 20); local goals include locality, black ownership, disability, etc.
• Tender validity: 120 days.
