Procurement of a service provider for formalisation or land tenure upgrading in Syferkuil, Walman, Olverton and Wyontheen within the Moretele Local Municipality, for a 36-month period. Requirements

• Key personnel: named project leader and core team with CVs; continuity for the 36-month duration.
• Documentation: SARS Tax clearance with PIN; CSD registration; company registration docs; certified IDs; proof of BBBEE status; bank details and bank rating; proof of purchase; Terms of Reference and Project Plan; audited financial statements.
• Compliance and governance: declarations for interest and SCM practices; valid tax and municipal clearances; no disqualifying conflicts.
