Overview

Appointment of a Grounds, Landscaping and Garden Services provider for the State Security Agency at Musanda Complex and remote sites (Gauteng), for five years. Bid open to professional grounds/landscape contractors with appropriate expertise, CIDB level 5SH (PE/ or combination), horticulture/conservation qualifications, and ability to meet SSA security, environmental, and ISO/OHS standards.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 5SH, PE, or approved combination
• Proof of prior grounds/garden maintenance experience and an asset register for vehicles, plant and tools
• Qualifications in Horticulture and/or Conservation Management
• Membership of relevant professional bodies/institutes
• Compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001/OHSAS 18001
• Tax compliance with SARS (TCS PIN or CSD registration) and BBBEE status
• SSA security clearances for personnel and ongoing vetting; bidder bears costs
• Environmental and OH&S management compliance

• Submission deadline: 31 July 2026 at 11:00; bids deposited in the bid box at Joe Nhlanhla Street 377-JR, Rietvlei, Pretoria (Musanda Complex).
• Documents to submit: official bid forms and schedules (SBD1, SBD2, SBD3, SBD4, etc.) and Pricing Schedule (Schedule C); consortium/joint venture agreements where applicable; relevant BBBEE and tax documents.
