Overview

Procurement of a service provider to deliver Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) training for PRASA KZN for 12 months on an as-and-when-required basis. Target bidders are providers with Unit Standard 120330 HIRA capability, OH&S training delivery capacity, accredited facilitators, and the ability to handle tax/compliance and supplier registrations.

Requirements

• Delivery of HIRA training under UNIT STANDARD 120330, including modules on OHSA, hazard vs. risk, risk assessments, risk matrix, and controls; facilitators must be certified.
• Compliance and registrations: tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD number), and CSD registration; if part of a JV/consortium, separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each party.
• Specific goals for preferential scoring: 80/20 system with goals including Black Women owned (5), Black Youth owned (5), 51% Black Owned (10); provide evidence (IDs, CIPC documents, BBEE certificate/affidavit).
• Returnable documents: complete RFQ documentation (including all declarations and SBD forms), pricing schedule, JV/consortium documents if applicable, SARS PIN, CSD number.
• Evaluation framework: Stage 2 – Price 80, Specific Goals 20; Stage 3 – returnable documents; 60 working days validity.
