Requirements

• Experience: proof of experience on similar works; two completion letters for same/similar projects
• Qualifications/documents: CIPRO company registration; latest municipal account or lease; tax clearance with PIN or SARS compliance status; CIDB registration number (1SN or higher); BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Additional: proof of CSD registration if no TCS; proof of COIDA certificate for building construction (Class V)
