Appointment of a service provider for hosting, maintenance, support and enhancement of the existing District Health Information System for the National Department of Health for a period of three (3) years. Requirements

• Compliance with tax obligations and provision of SARS PIN; obtain/submit a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or a SARS-issued tax clearance; provide CSD number if no TCS PIN is available.

• Bidder must not be in State service and must comply with the disclosure and anti-collusion provisions (SBD4).
