APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR LANDSCAPING SERVICES AT MOSSEL BAY CAMPUS SOUTH CAPE TVET COLLEGE. The scope covers gardening and landscaping including earthworks, planting and finishing, with the contractor supplying labour, materials, plant and supervision. Bidders should be skilled landscaping/grounds contractors with CIDB grading 1SH or higher, and must meet required registrations, safety and tax/compliance prerequisites (CIDB, OHSA compliance, COIDA, BBBEE, SARS/CSD).

Requirements

• CIDB grading of 1SH (or higher) and CIDB registration; SH Landscaping competency.
• Compliance with health and safety legislation (OHSA) and site safety measures.
• BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit.
• COIDA certificate for building construction (Class V) or equivalent.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or certified tax clearance; CSD registration number if no PIN.
• Latest municipal account or lease agreement; CIDB proof; two relevant landscaping references.
• Completion capability for earthworks, planting and finishing as per scope.
