Appointment of a service provider to deliver lifesaving services at De Hoek Mountain Resort for 15 December 2026 to 15 January 2027. Bidders should be experienced lifesaving service providers with Lifesaving Association membership, accredited lifeguard certifications, COIDA registration, and capacity to supply two lifeguards and one supervisor for daily operations during the in-season period. Requirements

• Member of Lifesaving association or similar (proof)
• Accredited lifeguarding certification for all staff
• Registered with Department of Labour (COIDA)
• At least one reference letter
• Provide two lifeguards and one supervisor for 08:00–18:00
• PPE provided daily; accommodation available at a fee; meals by lifeguards
• Transport costs to be included in pricing
• Must be registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Tax compliance: SARS TCS PIN; separate TCS/CSD for JV/consortium
• Provide municipal rates/lease documentation to claim locality points
