Overview

Appointment of a service provider to deliver online RPAS/UAS Quality Assurance & Safety Management System courses and certification. The NRF SAEON requirement is for online QA & SMS training and certification for an employee with a valid Remote Pilot Certificate, with the contract described as a once-off supply and online delivery prioritised (see RFQ_Readvert.pdf).

Requirements

• Evidence of SACAA accreditation or SACAA-recognised certification for QA & SMS courses.
• Ability to deliver online QA & SMS courses and provide full certification for the course candidate.
• Proof of SACAA-approved/recognised training facility.
• Course availability online and delivery of certificates (including courier/delivery to Gqeberha).
• Compliance documentation: Tax PIN, CSD registration, and BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Submission of pricing using SBD 3.1 and completion of the prescribed bidder forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2) and returnable documents as per the checklist.

• Documents to submit (as per Returnable Documents Checklist): Fully completed SBD 1 (including SBD 4, SBD 6.1), pricing schedule (SBD 3.1), proof of SACAA accreditation/recognition, evidence of online course availability, company authority (e.g., resolution), CSD registration or SARS TCS PIN, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and any other required supporting documents.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; SARS PIN/TCS; VAT status; BBBEE status.
