Overview

Appointment of a service provider to deliver online RPAS/UAS Quality Assurance (QA) & Safety Management System (SMS) courses and certification. The NRF seeks online QA & SMS training and certification for one SAEON employee holding a Remote Pilot Certificate, with certificates couriered to Gqeberha; delivery is a one-off supply.

Requirements

• Evidence of SACAA accreditation or SACAA-recognised training certification.
• Course availability online (QA & SMS) and ability to issue full certification.
• Fully completed bidding documents: SBD 1 (Procurement Invitation) with SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; proof of authority.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status and, if applicable, CSD registration.
• Central Supplier Database registration (include supplier number).
• BBBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit (for preference points).
• Pricing documented on SBD 3.1; detailed description of online QA & SMS offerings and delivery method.
• Compliance with NRF GCC/SCC and health and safety requirements as specified.

• Registrations/pre-qualifications: SARS PIN/TCS, CSD number, and NRF Central Supplier Database registration.
