Overview

Appointment of a service provider for procurement of agricultural implements and inputs for 36 months. RBIDZ invites bidders with agricultural supply capability to provide implements and inputs for a 3-year period. Only EMEs with B-BBEE Level 1 are eligible to tender.

Requirements

• Minimum functionality score of 65% to advance to price and preference evaluation (80/20, PPPFA).
• Tenderers must be EMEs and B-BBEE Level 1; non-conforming bidders are disqualified.
• Tenders must be sealed, endorsed with contract MO/ADM/529/26, and deposited in the official Tender box by 12:00 on 21 October 2026.
• Tender documents require a R500 non-refundable payment; pay into Absa account 4072219190 and email proof to tenders@rbidz.co.za.
• Queries must be submitted by 14 October 2026 via tenders@rbidz.co.za; no queries after that date.
• RBIDZ may accept or reject any Tender and is not obliged to accept the lowest or highest score.

• Make the R500 payment (Absa, 4072219190) and email proof to tenders@rbidz.co.za.
• Indicate interest and receive documents, then submit a sealed bid endorsed with MO/ADM/529/26 in the RBIDZ Tender Box, RBIDZ Complex, 4 Harbour Arterial, Alton, Richards Bay 3900, by 12:00 on 21 October 2026.
