Procurement of a service provider to procure and deliver mobile trailers for screening at nine ports of entry. The Border Management Authority invites bids from suppliers with experience in procuring and delivering mobile screening trailers (to nine port locations), and with obligations around tax compliance, CSD, and BBBEE.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to supply and deliver nine mobile screening trailers to nine ports (delivery addresses in detailed specs).
• Complete official bid forms and pricing schedules (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; SBD 7.1 if awarded) as per the quote pack.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD registration; VAT and other taxes as applicable.
• BBBEE: attach BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim preference points (80/20 system indicated).
• Compliance with PFMA SCM regulations, GCC, and potential contract terms; no service of the state employment conflicts.
• Prices must be firm and include all delivery costs; bid validity 120 days (see Pricing Schedule).
• Eligibility: no state employees or close associations; work permit requirements where applicable.
