Appointment of a service provider for provision of Credit Control Services for the Merafong City Local Municipality for a period of three (3) years. Open-tender seeking a creditor/debt-collection and revenue-management partner; suitable for firms with credit control, revenue collection and related compliance capabilities. The engagement runs for 3 years.

Requirements

• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a CSD report not older than 3 months.
• Provide municipal rates and taxes accounts for the company and directors on CK forms; if accounts are not in the names, attach a lease agreement with 3 months’ bank payments (not statements).
• Certified copies of IDs for all shareholders/owners/partners on CK forms.
• Copies of Company Registration documents (CK1).
• Valid tax pin certificate.
• Proof of purchase of bid document (receipt) and ensure it is attached.
• Minimum functionality threshold: 70/100 to proceed; 80/20 price-preference scoring (80 for price, 20 for specific goals).

• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration and tax clearance required; municipal rates accounts and lease documentation as applicable.
