APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR PROVISION OF MIMECAST LICENSE RENEWAL, SUPPORT, AND MANAGING OF TENANCY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARSClosed

Overview

MHSC seeks a service provider to renew Mimecast licenses, provide ongoing support, and manage the Mimecast tenancy for a 3-year period. Bidders should be IT/Vendor partners with Mimecast licensing experience and hold a valid Mimecast Certified Partner certificate (or equivalent letter).

Requirements

• Valid Mimecast Certified Partner certificate (or active partner status letter).
• Renewal of Mimecast licenses for 85 users (upgrade from 75 to 85) including: Advanced Protection Cloud Gateway, A1 Archiving, Engage Pro, DMARC Analyzer T4, OEM Advanced Support.
• Ongoing Mimecast tenancy management, monitoring, configuration, and administration, plus training for MHSC ICT staff.
• Compliance requirements: tax status verification (SARS PIN or CSD number) and CSD registration; separate TCS/PIN for consortium members.
• Bid documents must include SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 3, and (where applicable) SBD 7; price must be in SBD 3 with VAT-inclusive totals.
• Mandatory compliance checks: CSD registration and Tax Compliance Status verification; POPIA and OHS acknowledgments.
