Overview

Appointment of a Service Provider for Provision of Occupational Hygiene Surveys across all ATNS sites on an ad hoc basis for a period of three (3) years. This call is open to providers with capabilities in occupational hygiene surveying (illumination, noise, thermal conditions, heat/cold stress, ventilation/IAQ, ergonomics), SANAS-accredited Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) status, SAIOH-registered professionals, and related environmental/health expertise. Key qualifications include appropriate certifications, calibrated monitoring equipment, and the ability to deliver reports across ATNS sites on an as‑and‑when basis.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing session attendance
• Minimum three contactable reference letters for Occupational Hygiene Surveys (past 5 years)
• Project Lead: SAIOH-registered; Ergonomics Specialist: Certified Ergonomist Practitioner
• Valid Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) accreditation for Occupational Hygiene
• Site inspection prior to submitting quotations
• Monitoring equipment with valid calibration certificates; responsible for analyses
• CVs for project lead and proposed team; evidence of relevant experience
• Compliance with POPIA and related data protection requirements
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; SARS Tax Compliance PIN; CIPC documents; shareholder certificates and IDs for ownership; B-BBEE documentation for preference points
