Moqhaka Local Municipality invites bids from providers with STS/NRS-compliant prepaid vending experience, capable of integrating with the SOLAR financial system, and with local-government project credentials. Requirements

• Tax clearance (original SARS certificate or PIN) for all bidders; joint ventures require each member’s certificate.
• CIDB registration and grading if applicable.
• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Company registration documents (CK), IDs of directors, and municipal rates/taxes status.
• Compliance with STS/NRS standards and readiness to demonstrate the vending system.
• Optional: 24/7 helpdesk pre-qualification criteria and a formal project plan ( Annexure A ).
