APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR EXECUTIVE, SENIOR AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS FOR THE CCMA ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS. The CCMA seeks a qualified provider to conduct psychometric assessments for management levels, deliver reports within 3 working days, and support recruitment and talent management on an as-needed basis over three years.
