APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR REFURBISHMENT OF UNIT 22 AT NORTHMEAD INDUSTRIAL PARK. Open tender by Ithala Development Finance Corporation for refurbishment work. • Evaluation framework: 80/20 price-preference (price 80 points, specific goals 20 points); specific goals include ≥51% Black Ownership, ≥51% Women Ownership, ≥51% Youth Ownership, ≥25% People living with disabilities Ownership (points allocated per table in the tender).
