Overview

Ithala Development Finance Corporation seeks to appoint a service provider to refurbish Unit H2 and Unit H3 at Pinemead. Requirements

• CIDB grading 1GB or higher
• COIDA: valid letter of good standing
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN required; separate TCS/PIN for consortia; if no TCS but on CSD, provide CSD number
• National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• SBD 1 (Invitation to bid) with a resolution letter (unless sole proprietor)
• SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest)
