Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR ROOF REPAIRS SITE 181 ISITHEBE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE. The project targets roof repairs at Site 181 Isithebe Industrial Estate; suitable bidders are roofing/building contractors with relevant CIDB capabilities and compliance credentials.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 1SN or higher.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Clearance/CSD registration; separate TCS/PIN for consortium members.
• Compliance documents: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid with resolution if not sole proprietor); COIDA (valid good standing); VAT registration where applicable.
• Registration: National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; or provide CSD number.
• Performance/ethics: Mandatory disclosures on conflicts, relationships with the procuring entity, and related parties (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms).
• Evaluation: 80/20 price-preference system; specific goals for HDI ownership (≥51% Black, Women, Youth, People with disability), with supporting documentation.
• Documents to submit: Official bid forms, pricing schedule (BOQ attached), SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, CIDB evidence, COIDA, tax compliance status; where applicable, proof of ownership for preference points.
• Compliance checks: Bidder must not be in the state’s service or related restricted lists; bid may be disqualified for non-compliance or fraudulent documentation.
