APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR ROOF WATERPROOFING AT OUDTSHOORN CAMPUS SOUTH CAPE TVET COLLEGE. This construction tender invites a contractor to waterproof and restore the Oudtshoorn Campus roof. Suitable bidders are roofing/construction specialists with CIDB 1SN or higher, and must meet health and safety, BBBEE, and tax/compliance prerequisites.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 1SN or higher (proof required)
• Department of Labour: COIDA certificate and good standing
• BBBEE: BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS (or CSD registration) and tax matters in order
• Experience: proof of similar roof waterproofing work; completion letters
• Compliance: adherence to SANS 10400; health, safety, and environmental practices
• Documentation: full bid package including SBD forms and price schedule
