Overview

The NRF SAEON BVLOS training service seeks a provider to deliver BVLOS/UAS training and certification for two SAEON employees, using a SACAA‑accredited facility, with certificates delivered to Gqeberha. (RFQ-UAS Beyond Visual Line of Sight Course.pdf)

Requirements

• BVLOS training and SACAA‑recognized certification for two SAEON technicians; evidence of capability via SACAA accreditation or SACAA‑recognized certification (see attached doc). (RFQ-UAS Beyond Visual Line of Sight Course.pdf)
• SACAA approved/recognized training facility and documentation to prove SACAA accreditation.
• Pricing submission on the SBD 3.1 pricing schedule; all costs inclusive of VAT.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status or CSD registration; separate TCS certificates for JV/consortia.
• Proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number included in bid.
• BBBEE: valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; ability to claim specific goals.
• Health and safety compliance: COID, safety induction, health & safety plan, indemnities for site work.
• Delivery: BVLOS training and certificates for two personnel; courier/delivery of certificates to Gqeberha.
• Bid validity: 60 days from closing date.
