Overview

The NRF/SAEON invites quotes to appoint a service provider to deliver Unmanned Aerial System Maintenance Technician (UASMT) training and certification for one SAEON employee, with online delivery preferred. The contract is a one-off supply for UASMT training, certification, and delivery of certificates to Gqeberha.

Requirements

• SACAA accreditation or SACAA-recognised certification to conduct UASMT training (Mandatory).
• SACAA-approved/recognised training facility proof (Mandatory).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS or CSD registration; provide separate TCS/PINs for consortiums; CSD number if no TCS.
• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Proof of authority to sign bid (e.g., company resolution).
• B-BBEE: valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; specific goals as applicable (points for BBBEE ownership/affiliations).
• Safety/OSH: COID-related documents, Letter of Good Standing, Section 37.2 agreement, health and safety plan; indemnity forms for personnel.
