• Insurance: provider must hold and maintain adequate insurance for the contract duration.
• Staffing: total of 43 security officers (day, night, relievers); uniforms and name tags; ongoing payroll compliance (minimum wage, payslips with required details).
• Deployment: dedicated project/operational manager available 24/7; 24-hour control room and weekly security meetings with reporting.
• Training: firefighting and first aid; security officer development plans (PDP).
• Compliance: confidentiality/declaration of secrecy; security clearance by State Security Agency; references; list of communication aids; willingness to undergo security clearance; proof of all compulsory registrations (UIF, Provident Fund, tax clearance, insurance).
